“My friend Mary and I learned so much in our mosaic class, Virgene provided great design examples to work from with easy to follow instructions, including all the supplies we needed. She even remembered that bluebirds are my favorite bird. From her warm welcome, home-baked sweet bread and coffee, to her delicious lunch which included homemade sourdough bread and a fun conversation, I knew immediately I had met special people in Virgene and her husband, Charlie. Her awesome instructions helped me put together my first bluebird mosaic in a day without feeling anxious or rushed. I cannot wait to attend another one of Virgene's classes, next time I will attempt to mosaic a cardinal! It was truly a wonderful day!”
